Wolfgram Florals is accepting inquiries for late 2024-2025 events!
Wolfgram Florals consists of me - Sarah Wolfgram! I live in & provide floral design services for those living in the Philadelphia/Eastern PA/Southern NJ region (though always down to travel). Currently, I am freelancing & designing as my schedule allows & am always thinking about what I can grow in my small (but mighty) cut flower garden next. I am a firm believer in the "grown not flown" movement & supporting local flower farmers along with sustainable design methods in my work!
Types of projects I ❤️: Weddings/Events, Business/Restaurant Florals, Editorial, Holiday-Special Occasion-Just Because Arrangements
Please reach out via email at [email protected], through my 'Contact' section link above
or ...via my Instagram here where I am most active.
So, uhhhh, how do we do this?
So you're here - Woo! So happy to have you. The next step is to head to the Contact Form, which includes some questions aimed to give an idea of your event, desired design, floral budget etc.
Once you submit the form, I'll be notified and will reach out to you via email to get the ball rolling, including sending you feedback and a preliminary pricing estimate.
If you decide we're a good fit, we'll dive deeper into your dream floral situation. Please note, I'm flexible - We can do this over email, text, call or Facetime/Zoom (or a mix), in-person - Whatever you feel most comfortable with!
Based on our conversations, I will then generate a contract. You look it over, you feel good about it, we say "Yay!" and you sign and return + pay an initial deposit that goes towards the total, which holds your date for my design services!
And off we go! I typically do a 50/50 split of your remaining balance - payment dates dependent on your big day. The final payment is due 30 days before your event - and we can make tweaks to your invoice up until then.
Other Things
❀ Don't feel like you have to have everything figured out right away! Even after your initial inquiry and even after your signed contract, we can make changes.
While you may make changes to your order up until 30 days prior to your event, I ask that you don't decrease your order by more than 25% of the contracted floral order within 6 months of your event. Because I reserve your day, potentially hire freelancers (+ turn away other clients), it's only fair. Thanks for the consideration.
❀ You pay in two installments, not including your 10% holding deposit.
❀ Your deposit is non-refundable, but it of course goes towards your final balance.
